Our Heritage, Leadership, AND Future
Currently led by President Frank Doyle, TD Marketing has evolved from a local agency into a regional powerhouse originating with Frank’s family long history in the Food Service Industry in the Metropolitan New York Tri-State area. Frank J. Doyle Inc. was founded by his grandfather back in 1937, and was one of the first Manufacturers’ representatives of Pitco Frialator and Savory Toasters. Frank started working for the family Manufacturers’ Representative business Frank J. Doyle Inc., part-time and during the summers back in 1987 as a stock boy. In September of 2001, Frank decided to join forces again with his father, Lawrence M. Doyle with the Frank J. Doyle Inc. company. Together, the two companies made an influential team in the marketplace.

Celebrating 25 years of excellence, TD Marketing has established a strong foundation for continued growth and expansion. In 2025, the firm successfully transitioned into its fourth generation of leadership with the appointment of Perry Legg as Principal. Mr. Legg brings nearly a decade of industry expertise to this role, representing a strategic infusion of next-generation leadership.
The current executive structure is designed to ensure long-term stability. Frank J. Doyle’s leadership is projected to continue for the next 15–20 years, providing continuity, facilitating the seamless transfer of institutional knowledge, and maintaining a consistent trajectory for the business.

Under the current leadership, TD Marketing has prioritized a robust recruitment strategy, welcoming a new cohort of high-potential industry professionals. This initiative is intended to support sustained organizational growth, cultivate a pipeline of future Principals, and modernize operations through fresh perspectives and long-term professional development.
Business Continuity & Risk Mitigation
To ensure the firm’s long-term resilience, TD Marketing maintains a comprehensive Stockholder Agreement. In the event of an unforeseen leadership vacancy, the agreement outlines a structured redistribution of shares among the remaining Principals and key personnel. This framework ensures that day-to-day operations continue without interruption, allowing the firm to uphold its commitments to clients and partners without any lapse in service or stability.
